You can see the power pole marked 505 (505 N. Boland St.). This power pole
has a transformer that services the transmitter building. (10-3-2007, I
informed JEA that trees were growing in to the wire between the building and
the power pole. This wood mulch has now been covered by concrete sand and
stone, leveled 8-2009. |

safe to drive a car on this road. 8-17-2009 |

to my West is a new culvert with short ditches on each side dug when
installing the new road. There is a length of pipe installed under the road.
I have pointed out to the authorized staff this area to be careful as the
road narrows at the culvert. This wood mulch has now been covered by

The road is now quite stable after the upgrades

Boland Street at new entrance gate. There is a fuse on this pole that
needs to be reset from time to time. Because we are next door to a JEA
substation the fuse on this pole is 65 AMPs 15500 Volts Service. |

AC unit on east wall. This unit has a problem
that when the power fails and is restored the unit must be restarted. A Unit
should be found that does not need to be manually restarted. |

Water was draining from the soil into the short drainage ditch. There is now
10-4-2007 already some blockage of the pipe that I will clear at my next
visit. UPDATE 10-09-2007 Blockage has been cleared. |
